“Anyone that doesn’t believe that laying out a panel is art is someone that’s never laid out a panel” – Someone (Probably)
Laying out a panel correctly is one of the most fundamental parts of creating the perfect product. In so many ways it’s an art. It’s not about making everything just fit.
It’s about creating a work flow that will help your customers succeed!
It’s about creating design separation between your high voltage and low voltage components.
Our designs start with the idea of creating work zones within the control panel. If maintenance has a safety problem that needs to be resolved, all the safety pieces should be in one common place. If maintenance wants to add additional devices to our panels, everything should be in one place. A control panel is not just a home for all of the controls components, it’s the building block for the rest of the system.
For those of you with a keen eye, yes we are an Allen Bradley integrator as well as Siemens. Our team is happy to provide you with whatever kind of control system you need!
For those of you with an even keener eye, no many of the components are not seated fully on the DIN rail (hence the crookedness on the point I/O 🙂 ).
As always a HUGE shoutout to our friends over at Satie System (https://lnkd.in/eHwKPrV3) for providing the best panel backplate systems on the market. Julien Gsell and his team are so great to work with. And our friends over at Applied Controls, Inc. for continuously providing the best product offerings available.
